AEW Dynamite 7/9/25 delivered another fast-paced and drama-filled night of action in front of a hot Detroit crowd.
- The night opened strong with Bryan Danielson vs Jay Lethal, two veterans putting on a technical masterclass. Danielson secured the win via submission.
- In the Women’s Title Eliminator, Toni Storm battled Serena Deeb in a hard-fought match. Toni came out victorious, inching closer to another title shot.
- The Young Bucks vs Private Party was full of high-flying moments and double-team spots, with the Bucks picking up the win after a BTE Trigger.
- HOOK vs Brian Cage was a powerhouse vs technician clash. HOOK retained the FTW Title in a gritty, underdog-style victory.
- The Trios Match was electric with Ospreay, Orange Cassidy, and Dante Martin displaying incredible agility. They defeated Bullet Club Gold after a chaotic finish.
- The Main Event between MJF and Swerve Strickland was emotional and personal. Both wrestlers delivered a physical war, and Swerve shocked the world by defeating MJF clean, possibly setting up a future title opportunity.
