Day 16 was the B Block final night, meaning wrestlers were fighting for a spot in the G1 Climax playoffs.
- Main Event: Konosuke Takeshita and Ren Narita both had 10 points. The winner would move on to the next round.
- Shota Umino also had 10 points and needed to win against Great-O-Khan to qualify.
- Zack Sabre Jr. had already secured his place in the playoffs, while YOSHI-HASHI was out.
- Takagi vs Moloney was important for both, but they also needed other results to go in their favor.
Every match was intense because one mistake could end a wrestler’s tournament hopes.
Conclusion:
G1 Climax 35 Day 16 was full of high-stakes matches and dramatic moments. The crowd in Hamamatsu saw some of the best action of the tournament so far, as the final B Block winners were decided. Now, all eyes are on the playoff stage starting August 14.
